Refund policy
For All RETURNS or EXCHANGES e-mail us with your ORDER NUMBER and NAME within 30 days of purchase, and we will send you a shipping label right away. info@wilderloveoutdoors.com
Exchanges
We offer free shipping both ways on domestic exchanges in the USA. You will receive a prepaid shipping label. Your new items or verification of credit will be sent once we receive a scan that the shipping label provided to you is on the way back to us. This typically occurs within 24 hours of dropping your package off with the carrier.
Returns
A return authorization is required on all returns. Simply click the e-mail link above with your ORDER NUMBER and NAME included to obtain a return authorization and a prepaid return label. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of $7 per order which will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds and Credits
Refunds and credits will be applied to the original method of payment upon receipt of all items and confirmation of their condition. The typical turnaround time for processing refunds and credits is 5-7 days once we receive the item(s). Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an item is damaged or defective. If we are unable to exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue a gift card or credit.

If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if it does not perform to your satisfaction you may return it to us for a replacement or store credit.
